Llangrove Leapfrogs is a community run nursery with a strong team of fully-qualified staff, backed by a committee of dedicated parents and professionals.

Chloe Williams
Manager
I worked at leapfrogs between 2017 and 2019 before heading to school. I've been back since 2022, and am now manager. I'm qualified at level 3 and working towards my level 5.
​
In my free time I enjoy traveling to car shows and spending time with my family and friends.

Hannah Jones
Deputy Manager
I’ve been at Leapfrogs since 2019 and I am qualified at Level 3 in Childcare and Education. As well as running the forest school programme, I also babysit any toys and teddies left at Leapfrogs overnight.
I enjoy spending time outside, with friends and family and I love paddle boarding in the summer.

Angela McGrath
Nursery Assistant (QTS)
I’ve been at Leapfrogs since 2020. I am a qualified teacher and have worked with all ages although I
currently lead the preschool curriculum at Leapfrogs.
I have two boys of my own who attend the local school and in my spare time I enjoy playing hockey and walking my dogs.

Tess Davies
Nursery Assistant
I came to Leapfrogs to work as an apprentice in 2022 and I'm working towards my Level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
​
I have two boys who both attended Leapfrogs and now the local school. I spend my free time walking my dogs and looking after my flock of pygmy goats.

Jackie Ruddock
Nursery Assistant
I’ve worked at leapfrogs since the early 2000s.
​
I enjoy being out in the garden. I’m in charge of the Leapfrogs garden and help the children to plant flowers and vegetables throughout the year.

Su Heal
Nursery Assistant
I’ve volunteered at Leapfrogs since 2017. I originally joined to gain childcare experience before adopting my two children and decided not to leave!
Known as the Pink Lady, I love visiting a ranch in Arizona to ride horses and be a cowgirl.

I have now joined the team and working towards my level 3.
​
