Llangrove Leapfrogs is a community run nursery with a strong team of fully-qualified staff, backed by a committee of dedicated parents and professionals.
Jade Parry
Manager
After working in other child care setting I joined Llangrove Leapfrogs in February 2025. Since then I have moved through the setting and am now the manager of Leapfrogs. I am qualified at Level 3 in Early Years and hold a Level 5 Foundation Degree. I can be found in and around the nursery five days a week.
In my spare time I enjoy going for dog walks and being around my family and friends.
Hannah Jones
Deputy Manager
I’ve been at Leapfrogs since 2019 and I am qualified at Level 3 in Childcare and Education. I have been the Deputy Manager since 2021 and work closely with Jade through out day to day life at Leapfrogs. You can find me in and around the setting five days a week.
I enjoy spending time outside, with friends and family and I love paddle boarding in the summer.
Amy Goodwin
Nursery Assistant
I have worked at Leapfrogs previously before I went in to the school and other adventures. I came back in January 2026 to continue to childcare career. I am Level 3 qualified and am Level 2 British sign language (BSL) qualified. I can be found at Leapfrogs five days a week.
In my spare time I am with my family and friends as well as my dogs.
Jackie Ruddock

I’ve worked at leapfrogs since the early 2000s.
I enjoy being out in the garden. I’m in charge of the Leapfrogs garden and help the children to plant flowers and vegetables throughout the year.

Angela McGrath
Nursery Assistant (QTS)
I’ve been at Leapfrogs since 2020. I am a qualified teacher and have worked with all ages although I
currently lead the preschool curriculum at Leapfrogs.
I have two boys of my own who attend the local school and in my spare time I enjoy playing hockey and walking my dogs.
You can find me at Leapfrogs on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Su Heal
Nursery Assistant
I’ve volunteered at Leapfrogs since 2017. I originally joined to gain childcare experience before adopting my two children and decided not to leave. Since officially joining the team I gained my Level 3 qualification.
Known as the Pink Lady, I love visiting a ranch in Arizona to ride horses and be a cowgirl.
You can find me at Leapfrogs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
